Todd is the best around, he was helpful in all areas while selling this home. I would highly recommend him to anyone with real estate needs...This was a very difficult sale since it was part of a reverse mortgage/ foreclosure. He was able to postpone the foreclosure once we had found a buyer and was under contract. He dealt directly with the reverse mortgage company to solve the issues.
